USA: 10-15 business days

International shipping:

International shipments get charged customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We are not responsible for any customs fees that you may be subjected to.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t arrive, please contact us within a week of your order.

Please check your shipping confirmation email and see if you had entered the correct address. If the address you entered was incorrect on your part, we will ship the product to you with a 20% fee.
